Cocktail recipe Swindler sour
- Pour 30 ml of quail egg white, 20 ml of lime juice, 15 ml of sugar syrup, and 3 dashes of yuzu liqueur
- Add 1 dash of orange flower water, 1 dash of salt tincture, 20 ml of soju, and 20 ml of grappa
- Gently shake without ice
- Fill the shaker with ice cubes and shake one more time
- Strain into a chilled cocktail glass
- Garnish with a chrysanthemum and thyme sprig
