Cocktail recipe Takk for sist
- Place the rocks ice in a Collins glass
- Pour 10 ml of lemon juice and 20 ml of quail egg white into a shaker
- Add 10 g of homemade strawberry shrub, 30 ml of gentian, and 20 ml of akvavit
- Gently shake without ice
- Fill the shaker with ice cubes and shake one more time
- Strain into the Collins
- Fill to the top with Tonic
- Garnish with Angostura bitters and frozen strawberry
