    How to Make the Rhubarb-Toffee Sour

    • Fill a rocks glass to the top with ice cubes
    • Pour 25 ml of quail egg white, 30 ml of lemon juice, 20 ml of butterscotch syrup, 20 ml of rhubarb liqueur and 30 ml of dark rum into a shaker
    • Add 1 dash of angostura bitters
    • Fill the shaker with ice cubes and shake thoroughly
    • Strain into the rocks glass
    • Garnish with halves of a lemon wheel
