How to Make the Rhubarb-Toffee Sour
- Fill a rocks glass to the top with ice cubes
- Pour 25 ml of quail egg white, 30 ml of lemon juice, 20 ml of butterscotch syrup, 20 ml of rhubarb liqueur and 30 ml of dark rum into a shaker
- Add 1 dash of angostura bitters
- Fill the shaker with ice cubes and shake thoroughly
- Strain into the rocks glass
- Garnish with halves of a lemon wheel
