    Cocktail recipe Macabre

    • Spray the inside and outside of the rocks glass with absinthe
    • Pour 10 ml of sugar syrup and 3 dashes of absinthe into the mixing glass
    • Add in 3 dashes of Peychauds bitters, 3 dashes of Angostura bitters, and 45 ml of homemade oil and tonka bean-washed cognac
    • Melt the wax from the honeycomb and add 8-9 drops into the glass
    • Fill the glass with ice cubes and carefully stir with a cocktail spoon
    • Strain into the rocks glass
    • Serve in a bowl with a piece of white chocolate
