Cocktail recipe The great Gatsby
- Pour 10 ml of vanilla liqueur, 10 ml of maraschino liqueur and 10 ml of dry orange liqueur into a shaker
- Fill the shaker with ice cubes and shake
- Strain into a shot glass
- Put carefully 1 quail egg yolk into the shot glass
- Pour 15 ml of quail egg white into a bowl and whisk for a couple of minutes
- Use bar spoon to layer on whisked foam on the cocktail
- Garnish with few drops of angostura bitters
