Cocktail recipe Irish coffee
- Pour 45 ml of heavy cream into a bowl and whisk for a few minutes
- Pour 120 ml of hot americano coffee, 15 ml of sugar syrup and 45 ml of irish whiskey into an irish coffee glass
- Stir gently and use bar spoon to layer on heavy cream
