Cocktail recipe Portuguese flip
- Pour 5 quail egg yolks, 20 ml of heavy cream, 15 ml of sugar syrup, 20 ml of Tawny port and 30 ml of calvados into a shaker
- Fill the shaker with ice cubes and shake thoroughly
- Strain into a chilled sour glass
- Garnish with a pinch of ground cinnamon
