Cocktail recipe Blackberry tea
- Place 5 blackberries, 1/2 bar spoons of granulated cane sugar into a milk pitcher and muddle
- Add 30 ml of honey, a clove and a cinnamon stick broken in halves
- Pour in 50 ml of cranberry juice and 100 ml of still water
- Stir while heating, but do not bring to the boil
- Fine strain into an irish coffee glass
- Garnish with lemon zest and 2 blackberries on cocktail skewers
