Mint Mulled Wine

Cocktail recipe Mint mulled wine

• Place 2 strawberries, 2 raspberries and 2 blackberries into a milk pitcher
• Add 6 mint leaves, 15 ml of honey and muddle
• Pour in 150 ml of dry red wine and 10 ml of creme de cassis liqueur
• Add 2 dashes of angostura bitters and 4 cloves
• Stir while heating, but do not bring to the boil
• Fine strain into an irish coffee glass
• Stick a cocktail skewer into a cinnamon stick and add a raspberry and blackberry
• Cover berries in honey and place a mint leaf on top
