Hot Toddy

Cocktail recipe Hot Toddy

• Place a lemon, a lime, an orange wedges into a milk pitcher and muddle
• Add a star anise, a cinnamon stick, a clove and a pinch of ground nutmeg
• Pour in 20 ml of grenadine syrup and 150 ml of boiling water
• Stir while heating, but do not bring to the boil
• Strain into a heated cup
• Place the cinnamon from the milk pitcher into the cup
• Serve with a tartlet with dried plum, dried apricots and an apple wedge covered in honey
