Cocktail recipe Liquid cheesecake
- Place 1 bar spoon of mascarpone cheese and lemon zest into a shaker
- Pour in 20 ml of heavy cream, 10 ml of vanilla syrup, 10 ml of sugar syrup, 10 ml of triple sec liqueur and 40 ml of vanilla vodka
- Fill the shaker with ice cubes and shake
- Strain into a chilled cocktail glass
- Garnish with grated dark chocolate
