Cocktail recipe Naomi

• Place 3 blackberries, 3 raspberries into a shaker and muddle
• Pour in 20 ml of coffee liqueur and 40 ml blackcurrant vodka
• Fill the shaker with ice cubes and shake
• Fine strain into a chilled cocktail glass
• Pour 50 ml of heavy cream and 5 ml of vanilla syrup into a bowl
• Whip thoroughly with a whisk
• Use bar spoon to layer on vanilla whipped cream
• Garnish with a blackberry on a cocktail skewer
• If preparing multiple cocktails at once and using more than 500 ml of heavy cream, it is more convenient to use a cream whipper
