How to Make the Oyster Shooter

• It is recommended to prepare 10 shots at once
• Pour 15 ml of lemon juice, 200 ml of tomato juice, 10 ml of balsamic cream and 10 ml of red tabasco sauce into a pitcher
• Add 3 bar spoons of horseradish and 1 pinch of salt and ground black pepper
• Pour in 200 ml of homemade pepper vodka and stir thoroughly
• Place an oyster into a shot glass
• Pour the prepared premix into it
• Serve in oyster shell with crushed ice, a lemon wheel and a capers
