How to Make the Ceviche Mary
- Fill a highball glass to the top with ice cubes
- Pour 15 ml of lemon juice, 150 ml of tomato juice, 20 ml of oyster sauce and 40 ml of homemade pepper vodka into a shaker
- Add 2 drops of red tabasco sauce, 3 drops of worcestershire sauce, a pinch of salt and ground black pepper
- Fill the shaker with ice cubes and shake
- Strain into the highball glass
- Garnish with a coriander sprig
