Cocktail recipe Big apple
- Place a slice of a ginger root and a cinnamon stick into a milk pitcher
- Pour in 50 ml of calvados and 150 ml of apple juice
- Stir while heating, but do not bring to the boil
- Strain into a cup
- Place cinnamon from the milk pitcher into the cup
- Serve with a tartlet with green apple wedge, dried apricots and dried plum covered in honey
