How to Make the Tiramisu
- Place 2 bar spoons of mascarpone cheese into a shaker
- Pour in 5 quail egg yolks, 10 ml of heavy cream, 30 ml of dark cacao liqueur, 20 ml of coffee liqueur and 30 ml of cognac
- Fill the shaker with ice cubes and shake thoroughly
- Strain into a chilled champagne saucer
- Garnish with cocoa powder and a mint sprig
