Cocktail recipe Burdock Sazerac
- Place the ice ball into the rocks glass
- Pour in 15 ml of maple syrup, 3 ml of absinthe, and 15 ml of mastikha
- Add 1 dash of Peychaud’s bitters, 1 dash of chocolate bitters, and 60 ml of cognac
- Carefully stir with a bar spoon
- Garnish with orange zest
