How to Make the Royal Dreams
- Rim a hurricane glass with sugar and fill to the top with ice cubes
- Place 5 strawberries into a blender
- Pour in 20 ml of strawberry syrup and blend
- Pour the puree from the blender into the hurricane glass
- Top up with champagne and stir gently
- Garnish with a half of strawberry on a cocktail skewer and an orange wheel
