Cocktail recipe Mr. Priseman's
- Place 6 bar spoons of peach puree into a highball glass
- Pour in 5 ml of lemon juice, 15 ml of sugar syrup, 20 ml of oloroso sherry, 10 ml of amaro and 35 ml of butter-washed bourbon
- Fill the highball glass with crushed ice
- Give it a good swizzle
- Top up with crushed ice
- Garnish with dried apricots on a cocktail skewer and a cinnamon stick
- Serve on a tray with lime zest, a cocktail skewer and cinnamon
