How to Make the Sunset Boulevard
- Pour 30 ml of heavy cream, 20 ml of blackcurrant syrup, 20 ml of grenadine syrup and 40 ml of cognac into a shaker
- Fill the shaker with ice cubes and shake thoroughly
- Strain into a chilled champagne saucer
- Garnish with a maraschino cherry
