How to Make the Ruby
- Pour 5 ml of grenadine syrup, 10 ml of apricot liqueur, 30 ml of orange juice and 30 ml of cognac into a shaker
- Fill the shaker with ice cubes and shake
- Strain into a chilled cocktail glass
- Garnish with a maraschino cherry on a cocktail skewer
