How to Make the Monte Alban
- Fill a highball glass to the top with ice cubes
- Pour in 15 ml of lemon juice, 15 ml of honey syrup, 50 ml of cherry juice and 50 ml of silver tequila
- Top up with pineapple juice and stir gently
- Garnish with a small chopped pineapple wedge on a cocktail skewer
