How to Make the Hemingway Daiquiri
- Remove the pulp from a half of grapefruit and place it on top of a rocks glass
- Pour 10 ml of lime juice, 20 ml of grapefruit juice, 10 ml of sugar syrup, 10 ml of maraschino liqueur and 40 ml of white rum into a blender
- Add a scoop of crushed ice and blend
- Pour into the grapefruit
- Garnish with an orange wheel
