Cocktail recipe Caribbean touch
- Remove the pineapple pulp using a pineapple slicer
- Place 6 chopped pineapple wedges and a peeled kiwi half into a blender
- Pour in 100 ml of grapefruit juice, 20 ml of sugar syrup, 50 ml of mango liqueur and 100 ml of white rum
- Add a scoop of crushed ice and blend
- Pour into the pineapple
- Garnish with orange and lime wedges, and a maraschino cherry with a cocktail umbrella
