Cocktail recipe Put the lime in the coconut
- Fill a tiki mug to the top with crushed ice
- Pour into a shaker 15 ml of lime juice and 45 ml of coconut water
- Add 20 ml of coffee liqueur and 45 ml of dark rum
- Fill the shaker with ice cubes and shake vigorously
- Fine strain into the tiki mug
- Top up with rose lemonade
- Garnish with a slice of lime and a cocktail umbrella
