Cocktail recipe Superb Mario
- Fill a Collins glass with ice cubes
- Place 1 g saffron and 5 ml truffle oil in a shaker
- Pour 20 ml of lemon juice and 20 ml of cinnamon syrup
- Add 25 ml of quail egg white, 20 ml of red vermouth, and 40 ml of Scotch whiskey
- Give it a good dry shake
- Fill the shaker with ice cubes and shake again
- Fine strain into the Collins glass
- Garnish with half of a dried pineapple slice
