How to Make the The Smoking Gun
- Fill a rocks glass to the top with ice cubes
- Pour 20 ml of sugar syrup, 50 ml of orange juice and 20 ml of lemon juice into a shaker
- Add 25 ml of quail egg white and 40 ml of single Islay malt whisky
- Give it a good dry shake
- Fill the shaker with ice cubes and shake again
- Strain into the rocks glass
- Garnish with saffron and a half of passion fruit
