Yellow Chili

How to Make the Yellow Chili

• Fill the shot glass with crushed ice
• Pour 40 ml of ginger beer into one of the test tubes and garnish with a violet flower
• Pour 40 ml of tonic into the other test tube and garnish with a mint leaf
• Place the test tubes into the shot glass
• Pour 30 ml of lemon juice and 10 ml of quail egg white into the shaker
• Add 30 ml of simple syrup and 50 ml of scotch
• Shake gently without ice
• Fill the shaker with ice cubes and shake one more time
• Strain through a strainer into a chilled cocktail glass
• Garnish the glass with a chili pepper
• Serve on a tray along with the test tubes in the shot glass
