Cocktail recipe Superb Mario

• Fill a Collins glass with ice cubes
• Place 1 g saffron and 5 ml truffle oil in a shaker
• Pour 20 ml of lemon juice and 20 ml of cinnamon syrup
• Add 25 ml of quail egg white, 20 ml of red vermouth, and 40 ml of Scotch whiskey
• Give it a good dry shake
• Fill the shaker with ice cubes and shake again
• Fine strain into the Collins glass
• Garnish with half of a dried pineapple slice
