How to Make the Cherry-infused Rum
- Fill a two-liter jar 3/4 of the way with frozen cherries, without tamping
- Add 200 g of caster sugar and top up with white rum
- Close the jar and leave for 1 week
- The infusion is ready when cherries begin to float
