Cocktail recipe Sloe-infused calvados
- Fill a 2-liter bottle 3/4 of the way with sloe, without tamping
- Add 200 g of caster sugar, 2 cloves and top up with calvados
- Close the jar and leave for 3 weeks
- The infusion is ready when berries begin to float
