Cocktail recipe Cherry-infused cognac
- Fill a two-liter jar 3/4 of the way with pitted sweet cherries without tamping
- Add 200 g of caster sugar, a vanilla pod and top up with cognac
- Close the jar and leave for 2 weeks
- The infusion is ready when cherries begin to float
