How to Make the Rosemary Smash
- Fill a rocks glass to the top with crushed ice
- Pour into a shaker 25 ml of lime juice, 25 ml of pineapple syrup and 50 ml of scotch whisky
- Fill the shaker with ice cubes and shake vigorously
- Fine strain into the rocks glass
- Garnish with a sprig of rosemary and a physalis
