Cocktail recipe Zuke
- Fill the glass to the top with ice cubes
- Make 15 ml of cucumber juice and pour it into the glass
- Pour in 60 ml of homemade tomato water and 20 ml of sloe gin
- Add 5 ml of white wine vinegar and 30 ml of homemade shiso-kombu vodka
- Carefully stir with a bar spoon
- Garnish with a cherry tomato and a cucumber slice on a skewer
