Cocktail recipe Big Dick
- Pour 20 ml of lime juice, 7 ml of sugar syrup, 20 ml of yellow banana syrup, and 7 ml of sweet blended sherry into the shaker
- Add 15 ml of Irish whisky, 15 ml of gold rum, 15 ml of dark rum, and 45 ml of aged rum
- Drop in 3 dashes of chocolate bitters and 3 dashes of homemade nutmeg bitters
- Fill the shaker with ice cubes and shake gently
- Strain into the champagne saucer
- Melt 30 g of cocoa butter and dip the rocks ice into it
- Place the rocks ice into the champagne saucer
- Garnish the cocktail with a dried lemon wheel, a rose bud, and nutmeg
