How to Make the Black Flip
- Pour 5 quail egg yolks, 15 ml of sugar syrup, 60 ml of dark beer and 45 ml of dark rum into a shaker
- Give it a good dry shake
- Fill the shaker with ice cubes and shake again
- Strain into a chilled highball glass
- Serve on a saucer with a piece of dark chocolate and ground nutmeg
