Cocktail recipe Beethoven
- Pour 150 ml of cherry juice into a milk pitcher and heat up
- Place 15 pomegranate seeds into a mixing glass and muddle
- Add 1 bar spoon of black tea leaf and 1 dash of angostura bitters
- Pour in 30 ml of spiced rum, 150 ml of hot cherry juice and stir gently
- Fine strain into an Irish coffee glass
- Garnish with a green apple wedge, a raspberry and a blackberry on a cocktail skewer
