Cocktail recipe Apricot mulled wine
- Place 3 bar spoons of apricot jam, a quarter of orange and lemon zest into a milk pitcher
- Pour in 150 ml of dry red wine and 20 ml of cognac
- Add 3 cloves and a cinnamon stick
- Stir while heating, but do not bring to the boil
- Pour into an irish coffee glass
- Garnish with apricot halves on a cocktail skewer
