Cocktail recipe Hot apple
- Place a star anise into a milk pitcher
- Pour in 5 ml of lime juice, 150 ml of apple juice and 50 ml of drambuie
- Stir while heating, but do not bring to the boil
- Strain into a cup
- Garnish with the star anise
- Serve with a tartlet with dried apricots, dried plum and an apple wedge covered in honey
