How to Make the Shall We Kiss?
- Place a spring of thyme and 10 g of red ginseng in a shaker and muddle
- Pour 20 ml of lemon juice, 15 ml of honey syrup and 25 ml of quail egg white in the shaker
- Add 1 dash of homemade citrus bitter and 45 ml of single Islay malt whisky
- Give it a good dry shake
- Fill the shaker with ice cubes and shake again
- Fine strain into a chilled cocktail glass
- Garnish with a half slice of wheat bread with honey and thyme and an ear of wheat
