Cocktail recipe Normand tea
- Place one third of a chopped apple, a cinnamon stick and a clove into an irish coffee glass
- Pour in 20 ml of white cocoa liqueur and 40 ml of calvados
- Top up with hot earl grey tea and stir gently
- Garnish with a cinnamon stick and an apple wedge
