Cocktail recipe Tom and Jerry
- Whip in a bowl 25 ml of quail egg white until foam forms
- Whip separately 5 quail egg yolks with 2 bar spoons of caster sugar
- Pour the contents of two bowls into a coffee cup
- Add 25 ml of cognac and 25 ml of dark rum
- Top up with hot milk and stir gently
- Garnish with ground nutmeg
