Cocktail recipe Orange eggnog
- Place 2 bar spoons of orange jam and 5 quail egg yolks into a milk pitcher
- Pour in 20 ml of honey, 50 ml of light cream, 150 ml of milk and 20 ml of dry orange liqueur
- Stir while heating with the steam from a coffee machine, but do not bring to the boil
- Pour into an Irish coffee glass
- Add a pinch of ground nutmeg and garnish with a cookie
