Cocktail recipe Coffee cocktail
- Pour 5 quail egg yolks, 15 ml of sugar syrup, 60 ml of tawny port and 30 ml of cognac into a shaker
- Fill the shaker with ice cubes and shake
- Strain into a chilled cocktail glass
- Garnish with ground nutmeg
