Cocktail recipe Eggnog
- Mix 5 quail egg yolks and 20 ml of honey in a milk pitcher
- Pour in 50 ml of light cream and 150 ml of milk
- Heat the cocktail with the steam from a coffee machine, but do not bring to the boil
- Pour into an irish coffee glass
- Add a pinch of ground nutmeg and garnish with cookie
