How to Make the French Tea
- Place a chopped half of orange wheel, a small chopped lime wedge and a cinnamon stick into an irish coffee glass
- Pour in 25 ml of maple syrup and 50 ml of cognac
- Top up with hot assam tea and stir gently
- Garnish with a mint sprig and orange zest
