London dry gin	40	ml
Pedro ximenez sherry	10	ml
Sugar syrup	15	ml
Lemon juice	20	ml
Raspberry	25	g
Balsamic vinegar	2	ml
Caster sugar	1	g
Crushed ice	200	g

Collins glass	1	piece
Teaspoon	1	piece
Bar spoon	1	piece
Jigger	1	piece
Squeezer	1	piece
Muddler	1	piece
Drinking straws	2	piece

Pedro ximenez sherry

Balsamic vinegar

Cocktail recipe Raspberry bramble

Place 4 raspberries into a collins glass and muddle
Fill the glass to the top with crushed ice
Pour in 20 ml of lemon juice, 15 ml of sugar syrup, 10 ml of pedro ximenez sherry and 40 ml of gin
Add 2 dashes of balsamic vinegar and stir gently
Top up with crushed ice
Garnish with a teaspoon with a raspberry, sprinkled with caster sugar
