| Rosemary | 10 | g |
| Crushed ice | 150 | g |
| Ice cubes | 200 | g |

How to Make the Rosemary Fizz
- Fill a rocks glass to the top with crushed ice
- Place a rosemary sprig into a shaker and muddle
- Pour in 40 ml of grapefruit juice, 5 ml of honey syrup, 20 ml of mango syrup and 50 ml of vodka
- Add 1 dash of angostura bitters
- Fill the shaker with ice cubes and shake
- Strain into the rocks glass
- Top up with tonic and stir gently
- Top up with crushed ice
- Garnish with a peeled grapefruit wedge and a rosemary sprig
