How to Make the Blackcurrant
- Place 9 bar spoons of blackcurrant into a blender
- Pour in 10 ml of lime juice, 20 ml of blackcurrant syrup and 150 ml of cherry juice
- Add a scoop of crushed ice and blend
- Pour into a sling glass
- Garnish with a mint sprig
