Cocktail recipe Spaghetti western
- Fill a collins glass to the top with ice cubes
- Place 5 cherry tomatoes into a shaker and muddle
- Pour in 30 ml of lemon juice, 15 ml is agave syrup, 7.5 ml of campari, 15 ml of ancho chile liqueur and 30 ml of bourbon
- Add a pinch of salt
- Fill the shaker with ice cubes and shake
- Pour 90 ml of light beer into the collins glass
- Fine strain the cocktail into the glass
- Garnish with lemon zest and a cherry tomato on a cocktail skewer
